Updated Minimum Purchase Rule

Effective immediately, we have updated our minimum purchase rule from a $10 minimum purchase to the industry standard of one-month of service charges. The one-month minimum purchase amount is equivalent to your current monthly service charges rounded up to the nearest ten dollars. You can view your current monthly service charges on our new Billing Summary page.
As always, credit balances are fully refundable upon request should you choose to close your account. To stop service charges for a particular feed, you can simply delete the feed from your account at any time. Otherwise, feed service charges for a particular feed are automatically suspended after 30 days of inactivity. The My Account screen shows the 'age' of each of your feeds.
