New Service Pricing

In the last two years, we have continued to improve our service. Here are some of the key improvements:

• Implemented character length limits for Google Shopping
• Upgraded Google, Bing, and other feed templates
• Added support for Facebook, Pricefalls, and Shopbot.ca channels
• Added support for BigCartel, OsCommerce, and 3dCart store platforms
• Refreshed product taxonomies (Google, Bing, Connexity, etc.)
• Listed feed service in the BigCommerce and Shopify App Stores

Many behind-the-scenes improvements have been completed in the last two years. These upgrades help ensure fast resolution to problems, upgrades to feed specifications, and response to support inquiries. The dashboard has also been made faster due to multiple hardware and software upgrades. For example, table source data analysis is now pre-calculated and cached, so when you click Analyze Source Data, the page loads immediately, saving you from waiting many seconds or minutes.

In order to continue improving and investing in the service, we are increasing the pricing effective April 15, 2016. The new pricing will be as follows:

• First Standard Data Feed - $23.70 / month
• Each Additional Standard Data Feed - $7.80 / month
• First Custom Data Feed - $36.60 / month
• Each Additional Custom Data Feed - $20.70 / month
• Categorization Service - $79.00 setup + $15.00/month
• The Categorization Service setup and monthly fee is per 250 categories, and includes all channels for one store.
