Yes. You can set up product filters for your data feed that will automatically remove unwanted items from the submission. You can filter out products based on any field/attribute. For example, you can filter out all products with price under $1.00, or all products containing "gift certificate" in the title.

From the product list, you can review the filtered and unfiltered items before submitting. You can also filter out individual items with a single click.
